Is this a style post? Well I’m just outchea trying to hide my barbers mistakes with a bandana but most people think it’s some new vibe, well it is but the real reason I started using a bandana on my head was just cover my bad front carving or you can choose to call them “insecure” reasons, lol its nothing deep really.
About a week ago I traveled back home to visit my family after about 6 months and before taking the trip I already had in mind all the places I wanted to re-visit before coming back. If you’ve been following my life here then you probably know I live in Abuja while the rest of my family lives in a small town somewhere in kaduna state. One of the places I planned to pay a visit to was this old railway station in Kafanchan.
Hope the month of June has been good so far? You know it’s the middle of the year and I think it’s a good time to asses and see how far you’ve come, see if you’ve actually crushed some of those goals you set when the year started. I had goals and plans for 2018 too but I’m not sure I’ve done well so far. I of course have not been sticking to the usual routine and post schedules for over a month now and to think that I was excited about rounding up my nysc cos it was going to allow me some more time to put out more content out here but since I got a job (a 9 to 7 one and 6 days in a week) I’ve just not been able to have a proper plan in place and creating a balance has not been so easy either but I don’t blame it on anyone but myself.
When you get invited for a bloggers event you start to think “what do I wear” well thats the case for all of us, but my simple hack to this is to go corporately casual, I know style is personal and casual or dressy is relative as it varies from person to person so you just need to trust your instincts, don’t go over board or try to figure out a theme for the event you;re going for.
